No Weekends

C&S Automotive in Rathdrum, Idaho is growing, and we are looking for an experienced Automotive Technician to join our team.

We are a busy, locally owned independent automotive shop that takes pride in honest service, quality repairs, and creating a positive team environment. We are looking for someone who is dependable, communicates well, takes pride in their work, and wants to be part of a small team where their contribution truly matters.

With plenty of work coming through the shop and exciting growth underway, including our new shop currently under construction, this is a great opportunity for a technician who is looking for a long-term place to grow.

We are looking for a skilled, experienced, and motivated Automotive Technician who can diagnose and repair vehicles with confidence while also being a great teammate. Technical Skills

The right candidate will have:

  • Solid hands-on automotive repair experience

  • Strong diagnostic and mechanical knowledge

  • Experience working on a wide range of vehicles and systems

  • The ability to complete repairs independently

  • The ability to read and interpret repair orders and technical service information

  • Their own tools

  • A valid driver’s license

  • ASE certification is a plus, but not required

Schedule

This is a full-time, in-person position at our shop in Rathdrum, Idaho.

Monday–Thursday: 9:00 AM–5:30 PM
Friday: 9:00 AM–3:00 PM
Weekends: Off

Requirements

  • Automotive repair experience required

  • Strong mechanical knowledge required

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred

  • Valid driver’s license required

  • Must have your own tools

  • Must be able to commute to Rathdrum, Idaho

  • Must be able to work in person
